Cost is $75 per vehicle: This gets you both days of trail/rock runs, 1 Saturday night dinner, 1 Sunday breakfast, and 1 T shirt. Extra T shirts will be able to be purchased for $25 per shirt and extra dinner/breakfast combos for $10. Kids under 12 eat free.
IOR is planning trail and rock runs on Friday, June 16 and Saturday, June 17. Trail runs may change due to weather conditions, but tentatively are Tiddie Springs to Silver City on Friday and Miner’s Grave on Saturday. Rock runs will be determined the week of the event based on what type of rock rigs we have registered, but we are thinking of running mainly The Hemingway Butte trails.
This year’s event will be staged out of the Meridian KOA. If you plan on camping, there are 10 side-by-side spaces reserved, but you must register by June 1st to hold that spot. After June 1st, you could be placed anywhere in the park. Cost is $34.14 plus tax per night.

If you want a hotel, we have talked to several. They aren’t offering any discounts and are worried about booking up because of Father’s Day weekend, so make your reservations soon. Both places have indoor pools and spas and are pet friendly.

IOR will cook breakfast on Sunday before everybody heads home, but the KOA puts on a Saturday breakfast at the park which can be purchased for $5.95. All Ride and Rally participants can buy this Saturday breakfast if they wish, not just the people staying at the park

I just talked to the Meridian KOA for the State Ride and Rally. They are filling up quickly and can’t continue to hold camping spots much longer. If you are coming this the event and want camping, please do it NOW.
