SUMMARY:Winching 201 - Mini Mud Run
DESCRIPTION:Winching 201 combines learning about advanced winching techniques for vehicle recovery with an opportunity to play in the creek and mud in the bottom of Lucky Peak Reservoir. Hosted by IOR President\, Aaron.\nMeet at Albertson’s and travel together to Robie Creek. After airing down near the Robie Creek Boat Ramp the group will work their way down the reservoir bed\, crossing the creek multiple times. There may be impromptu winching/recovery demonstrations if vehicles get stuck on the creek crossings. At the end point Aaron will talk about\, and demonstrate\, advanced winching techniques. This is also the ‘lunch’ spot where we’ll get a fire going for roasting hot dogs and s’mores.
