Idaho Off-Road 4×4 Club is an association of people brought together to share a single passion: Four Wheeling! We are a FAMILY oriented club dedicated to keeping our public lands open while practicing the policy of TREAD LIGHTLY!

                II. Sergeant at Arms – Maintains order in the room. There is a $1 charge for unnecessary disruptions.

           VII. Active and New Business

•      Email has been sent to Event Coordinator at Riverside Hotel reg Club Christmas Party.  No response as of yet, they are on forced furlough at this time.    

•     August 15th Carey Town Run, hosted by Bill Hargreaves.  Meet up at Boise Albertson’s on Federal Way/Gowen at 7:30am.  9:30am meet up in Fairfield.  Will be on Forest Service Road 227.

•     Labor Day Campout September 2nd-7th at Pen Basin Campground, hosted by Justin/Ginny Simms, Dan/Marcy Sullivan, Glenn Morgan & Patti Evans.  Glenn Morgan/Patti Evans, Dan & Marcy Sullivan will go up the week before to get camp started (Aug 28^th-Sept 7^th).    Details posted on IOR Members Facebook page.  Dan & Les Bonney invited, as they are up for a vote and have met few of us. 

·         Mark Hartnoll will be coming home this Sunday, August 16^th.  A surprise Drive By Welcome Home Parade will be held at their home at 7pm.

•   Club sent Cliff, the Carpal Tunnel Catfish, to Roger Nelson July 31^st.  Club also sent Lola a cute Birthday cup for her 60^th Birthday Celebration.

XVI.      New Applicants Eligible for Vote: Dan Bonney, Jim Kokaly, TJ Freeman, Rose Martin. 

*****We were unable to gather a quorum tonight.  It was proposed to discuss the possibilities to have proxy votes called in during the restricted gathering with COVID 19.******

We will discuss this topic with Council and see if a Club vote is in our future to change the bylaws.  A reminder to the club about Club Members knowing the hopeful New Members, is very important, not just phoning in a vote.
