February 9th, 2023

Idaho Off-Road 4×4 Club is an association of people brought together to share a single passion: Four Wheeling!  We are a FAMILY oriented club dedicated to keeping our public lands open while practicing the policy of TREAD LIGHTLY!

Aaron paid $5 to return bell. Who gets the bell next?!

Sergeant at Arms   Council will maintain order in the room. There is a $1.00 charge for unnecessary disruptions.

• Ride for 22 – Doug and Debbie Knehr
  • Each Day, an average of 20+ veterans and one active service member dies by suicide. We seek to serve as a living Memorial to our Fallen, increase public knowledge, and raise Awareness of PTS.

  • We will participate as club
  • Meet up in the College of Western Idaho Parking Lot @ 8:45 am
  • From CWI parking lot we will roll in as a club
  • Bring money – they will have shirts and other merch
    • Pre-Registration: March 17, 2023
    • Registration is $15 per ride card
    • Registration 8:00 am to 10:00 am
    • Kick Stands Up @ 11:00 am

Active & New Business

• 2023 Membership Dues
  • Quickbooks invoice emailed to members on January 18th.
  • Must be paid by Thursday, March 9th, before the beginning of the monthly member meeting.
• Clarification of the Partner/Spouse Memberships
  • This is a one-time offer that allows an existing spouse/partner to have their own membership without an application, initiation fee, and formal vote.
  • After the March 2023 member meeting, anyone that wants their own membership will have to complete the normal application and voting process.
• 2023 Officer Nominations
  • Nominations must be submitted tonight @ close of member meeting.
  • Prospective officer candidates will be posted on idaho4x4.com by February 17th, with voting @ March member meeting.
    • Jeannette Adams pulled her nomination for Treasurer.
    • Tanya Lundberg was nominated for Treasurer by Patti Evans, seconded by David Hopkins.
• T-ZERS IOR Online Merchandise Store
  • Adding new items to the store! We will notify you when the website is open for business.
• 2023 Rocket Run (May 6^th, 2023)
  • Next planning meeting: Thursday, February 16th @ 6:30 pm, arrive @ 5:30 pm if you plan to have dinner. Yogurtz Grill, 1560 N Locust Grove Rd, Meridian
• 2023 State Association Ride & Rally @ Warm Lake
  • Planning meeting: Tuesday, February 21st @ 7:30 pm via Teams
  • Driver registrations will be $150 – includes up to 4 guided trail runs, 4 catered meals, and an event t-shirt.
  • Proposal: IOR donate raffle prizes for the IS4X4 Ride & Rally – $2,500.00
    • Nathan White proposed, TJ Freeman seconded
• AED Donation to North Shore Lodge
  • Proposal:  IOR donate an AED to the North Shore Lodge, utilizing Jo Adalpe Land Use Fund.
    • Patti Evans raised concern that the Land Use fund should not be used for this.
    • Glenn Morgan also expressed concerns that we would purchase and give away.
    • Nathan White proposed that we pull from a different fund.
    • Patti motioned to table proposal for a later date. Attendees agreed to table.
