General Membership Meeting Agenda
February 10, 2022
Idaho Off-Road 4×4 Club is an association of people brought together to share a single passion: Four Wheeling! We are a FAMILY oriented club dedicated to keeping our public lands open while practicing the policy of TREAD LIGHTLY!

Sergeant at Arms are the council members: Maintains order in the room. There is a $1 charge for unnecessary disruptions. Roll Call: Current member count is 79 units. 81 after 2/10/22 meeting, Membership requires 6 months, 2 runs, 2 meetings, and completed membership application. Prospective members up for vote and voted in were: Mark & Diana Turner, Dennis & Cindy Frere
Current Financial Status: Christian Dahlstrom Last Month’s Raffle was a 50/50 won by Mark Bennet who gave it back to the club. Thank you!
Education Presentation: Dan Sullivan & Mark Hartnoll – What we learned in the January Snow Run about snow wheeling. Discussion on how low the air pressure should be to run in the snow. Mark showed a video on how he used ether to fix a tractor tire that had come off the bead.
Presentation by Ride for 22 and how we as a club can help on April 16.

Sunshine: Cards have been sent to Phil Ellis at 4wheel parts for his brother passing away; and our caterer, Julie Tuttle for the passing her mom; and Curt Blount, who had a pacemaker installed. Chase and Crystal Coble 21st Anniversary today.

• Rocket Run 2022 – All hands on deck! Committee Meeting Tuesday, February 15, 7:00pm, room available at 6:00pm if you want to come eat pizza.
• MEMBERSHIP HAS IT’S PRIVILEGES!!!! Members will be able to register on February 28, 12:01am-11:59pm. You may only register YOURSELF.
• Sandra Mitchell will speak at the April Meeting

*Raffle information:
1.The raffle is on a voluntary basis. If you volunteer to be responsible for the raffle one month it is your responsibility to locate/secure the raffle prizes, or ask businesses to donate to the raffle. You need to bring the raffle items to the meeting you volunteered for. You sell the raffle tickets at that meeting, or you can ask for help on selling the raffle tickets.
2.The reason behind the raffle is to build up the raffle fund to have a Christmas raffle that no one is responsible for.
3.Some of the raffle money also goes towards Toys for Tots each year.
4.We encourage every member to volunteer for a raffle. You can volunteer on your own, or make it a joint venture. Thank you in advance for considering volunteering for the raffle.
