Current Financial Status: Rachael Rhoades
Rachael to get with Christian to pass down financials. Christian was not in attendance tonight. She will be meeting with him this coming week. Jim, Christian, and Rachael will also get together to update the IOR bank account.
Education Presentation: Sandra Mitchell (lobbyist for the Idaho Recreational Council) – She will present @ the April 2022 member meeting.
Rocket Run: Cash $9,250.00 and $8,000.00 in raffle prizes
- Upcoming Swag Party (4/13/22).
- Patti has invested in vests that can be reused each year.
- $450 for a videographer which the content will serve has marketing for future events and to bring in larger vendors such as Metalcloak.
- Still have expense for portable toilets.
- Printer was purchased and will be used for printer raffle tickets, etc.
- Rocket Run 2023 – meet in May 2022 to get started on the next year? Some members felt it is best to not leave too much time between the current year’s event and the start of the next planning session.
Membership Cap – This was an extensive discussion. There are concerns that the club is exceeding a manageable number of members. There are also concerns that we are running out of room at our monthly member meetings. Do we limit guests at the monthly meeting or do we find a larger venue?
- Create Membership & Meeting Committee
- Some proposals to brainstorm at next council meeting: Create membership levels, sliding fee for membership
- Membership Application + fee? Have potential members carry a stamp-card – this will track # of runs and # of volunteer events, + tech inspection
- Need to control meeting attendance (limit guests) or get larger venue (suggested Senior Center @ the Village)
- If we change venue, do we need to obtain AV equipment, laptop? Does the council have adequate equipment to cover this?
Web Master: Micke Barns – updates on the special projects or re-education of IORBOT check in. Zoom status, IT Crew on-site for meetings.
Sunshine: Ginny Simms: Sent sympathy card to Emma & Mark Bennett – Emma’s father passed away. Sunshine was sent to Justin Andrew’s (Factor 55) – daughter Jovie, to help her feel better while recovering from illness. Sunshine sent to Matt & Kathryn Aldape for the arrival of their daughter, Amaya (3-26-22). Sending sunshine to Tony Eiguren for his 50th birthday.

Previous Events and old Business:
• Trailer Status – In need of repair. Jim will get with Dan to get an update on the trailer.
• All Club Run
• Lights for ramp trailer – Done. TJ got these prepared and Jen will get the ramp out to the Rocket Run.

- Committee Meetings for Rocket Run – Tuesday, April 13
- Jim Miller- Arrangements for May 14th HWY Clean Up? Brenda – Tech Inspection shelter has been reserved. Application and check sent in. The shelter nearest the restrooms is reserved.
- Need food helpers/cooks. Looking to feed 50 people. Hamburgers and hotdogs. Need volunteers to bring condiments, side dishes.
- Rocket Run updates: Registration is CLOSED and we have 87 driver entries, _____ in sponsorship cash; raffle prizes are going slow – can anyone help?
