Officer Elections Proposal – Passed @ July 2023 Member Meeting
Bylaws have been updated and posted on the IOR website, emailed to all members.
Highlights of the proposal:
Officer nominations would occur during the member/club meetings of October and November each year, with prospective officer names being posted on the website by the Thursday, following the November club meeting.
Election of officers would occur at the December Christmas Party, when a larger attendance of members occurs.
Newly (incoming) elected officers will shadow the residing officers during the months of January, February, and March, and officially take over for the April council and member meetings.

Glyn Shore & Nick Kovach have volunteered to help with our video and social media efforts.
Will be recording monthly club/member meetings and post on a secure YouTube channel.
