Call to Order/Roll Call: At: 7:00pm

Last months Raffle brought in $228.00. (Thank You, Ben & Jamie Wills!)

6. Web Master: Micke= Haven’t had any hack attempts in 5 weeks. Wants members to look over website. He’s open for feedback.
7. Sunshine: Ginny: Penny Hess had her Tonsils out, Howard Shields had his Gallbladder out, Curt Blount had a Quadruple Bypass.
8.Active & New Business:
• Labor Day Campout at Pen Basin Campground for Members & Guests. Aug 29th- Sept 2nd.
Run Schedule for Campout: Friday: Open for Decision (Tungsten, Lucky Lad Mine, or Artillery Dome) Saturday: 467, Sunday: Cinebar Mine.
• Council voted to sign a Petition for keeping Silver Creek Crossing (near Elk City) open to UTVs & Jeeps. This access is used by most locals to access firewood for winter heating and as an emergency exit for the city if the main road is blocked.
9. Previous Events:
• July 21st 1st Annual Buck’s 4×4 Tough Truck & BBQ Competition. AKA IOR emergency short notice BBQ at Justin & Ginny Simms’ home. 36+members/guests attended.
• July 27th Idaho City Big Loop Run, hosted by Christian Dahlstrom. 19 vehicles, 18 finished together. Travis Wingo left the group early (again), but notified Christian before doing so.

• Begin Rocket Run Planning this year.
• Oct 5th 2019 Hwy CleanUp equipment has been reserved/requested .
• IOR 2019 Christmas Party Dec 7th (deposit has been made).
• 2023 IOR Ride & Rally at North Shore Resort/Campground (Warm Lake, ID). Dan & Marcy Sullivan have began planning & talking with owners.
