General Membership Meeting Agenda 

January 13, 2022

Idaho Off-Road 4×4 Club is an association of people brought together to share a single passion: Four Wheeling!  We are a FAMILY oriented club dedicated to keeping our public lands open while practicing the policy of TREAD LIGHTLY!

Sergeant at Arms: Maintains order in the room.  There is a $1 charge for unnecessary disruptions.      Roll Call: Current member count is 78 units.    _27___ Member Units present and ___13____ Guests.

Current Financial Status: Christian Dahlstrom                                                                                              Half of the monthly raffles’ proceeds will go to Legal Fund until it reaches $1200                                   Last Month’s Raffle provided by Jim Miller and Bridget M-Aman was $614. Thank you!

Sunshine: Knee Niffler sent to Chance Keller, who broke his knee in December.  The Club sent a Chicken Soup for the Soul to Mick Morlan to read while recovering from knee replacement.

  • T-Shirts are here! Hats are here!  Decals are here!  Hoodies are Here! Reminder – only club members my purchase club swag.
  • Atlanta Run – Must get reservation for Food Counts
  • Trail Sacks will cost $59.99 for the bag made by Spiderweb in America. Bungee is $10 more
  • Letter for Owyhee County Sheriff for SxS- Glen Morgan has written the letter and it is posted on web site.
  • Elections: Nominations are being accepted for all positions. 

Nominations: Secretary – Amber Chase, Sheri Davidson, Treasure David Hopkins, VP Mark Gamas, President Patti Evans.

  • Rocket Run 2022 – All hands on deck!  Committees being formed – Meeting Wednesday, January 19, IPC 7:00pm, room available at 6:00pm if you want to come eat pizza.- This has been posted on the web site to sign up.

*Raffle information:

  1. 1.The raffle is on a voluntary basis. If you volunteer to be responsible for the raffle one month it is your responsibility to locate/secure the raffle prizes, or ask businesses to donate to the raffle. You need to bring the raffle items to the meeting you volunteered for. You sell the raffle tickets at that meeting, or you can ask for help on selling the raffle tickets.
  2. 2.The reason behind the raffle is to build up the raffle fund to have a Christmas raffle that no one is responsible for.
  3. 3.Some of the raffle money also goes towards Toys for Tots each year.
  4. 4.We encourage every member to volunteer for a raffle. You can volunteer on your own, or make it a joint venture. Thank you in advance for considering volunteering for the raffle.
