Idaho Off-Road 4×4 Club is an association of people brought together to share a single passion – Four Wheeling!  We are a FAMILY oriented club dedicated to keeping our public lands open while practicing the policy of TREAD LIGHTLY!

Sergeant at Arms         Council will maintain order in the room. There is a $1.00 charge for unnecessary disruptions.

Land Use

• BLM Travel Management Plans (TMPs)
  • Silver City TMP was published today. Comment period through February 12^th.

  • Morely Nelson Snake River Birds of Prey subregion (east of Murphy down to Bruneau) is +taking comments until January 12th. Please take time to review the below trail maps and comment!  https://eplanning.blm.gov/eplanning-ui/project/69061/510

State Association

• “Best of” Contest – voting will start January 20th.  $1/vote via the website.

• 2024 Annual Dues – Scan the QR code > log into IOR website > Events > Private: 2024 Membership Renewal
  • Due by Friday, February 9^th
  • Dues paid between February 10^th – March 14^th will be charged a reinstatement fee of $15.
  • March 15^th – membership will be revoked
  • If you prefer to pay with cash or check, please speak to the Treasurer.
  • Notice will be sent to all members

Active & New Business

• Fire Extinguisher Class – Aaron is working with Don Kartchner to put together a class for those that have not had the opportunity to do hands-on training. More information to come.
• 10^th Annual Chuck Coble Rocket Run – Date set for Saturday, May 4^th! Mark your calendars!
• All Club Run – Working on a date in late March/early April. Road access issues to Gauntlet and the scenic run.
• 2024 Ride & Rally hosted by SIORA – Thursday, June 6^th through Saturday, June 8^th
  • Twin Falls County Fairgrounds in Filer, ID – camping available
  • Multiple trails with one overlanding run

• Snow Run to Atlanta (Aaron Malin) – Saturday, January 27^th

  • Bring extra cash for the Atlanta Fire Department “Fill the Boot”
• Basic Winching Class w/ HDOR (Aaron Malin) – Saturday, February 10^th
• Robie Creek Run in the Mud & Advanced Winching w/HDOR (Aaron Malin) – Saturday, February 17^th
• Idaho State 4×4 Association Annual Meeting & Pancake Breakfast – Saturday, March 9^th @ 8 am

  • Trail run after the morning meeting!
