Active & New Business:

    • In June we decided to give Idaho Recreation Council a donation based off the Legal Fund and the success of Rocket Run.  Sandra Mitchell is once again with us tonight to accept the donation and update us on any new land issues and how this money will be used.
      • Sandra Mitchell and Jim Combs were very excited to receive the check.  The next IRC meeting is Nov 13th in the Boise Area.  – will add to list of events.

    • Klint and Lisa Breeding have notified the board in writing that they will no longer be Vice President and Secretary.  We will be electing Vice President and Secretary. Nominated for VP is Micke Barnes.  Nominated for Secretary is Brenda Robinson and Diana Magstadt.
    • Dogs on trails and campouts – incident at the campout – Let this be a wake up call for all of us who bring dogs.  Be the responsible dog owner.  Use a leash and keep control of your dogs. Be respectful of others who may not like dogs. Noticed behaviors: jumping up on people, slobbering on people, barking at people aggressively, antagonizing other dogs…. Dog behavior is becoming an issue and council will be discussing this further.  No one wants to see dogs restricted from participating on trails and campouts.
