Idaho Off-Road 4×4 Club is an association of people brought together to share a single passion: Four Wheeling! We are a FAMILY oriented club dedicated to keeping our public lands open while practicing the policy of TREAD LIGHTLY!

II. Sergeant at Arms – Maintains order in the room. There is a $1 charge for unnecessary disruptions.

· Joe Aldape Land Use Fund: $1200.00
· Raffle Fund: $ 3145.03 ($???.00 came from tonight’s raffle, Thank You Dan & Marcy Sullivan!!! Stand by for update.)
· Grand Total: $ 11,284.73
· $520.00 State Dues sent out after meeting (52 paid members)
VI. Active and New Business
· 2019 Council Members: President: Justin Simms, Vice President: Mark Hartnoll, Secretary: Ginny Simms, Treasurer: Christian Dahlstrom. All Unanimous Yes Votes.
· Club discussion for IOR’s donation to IRC. $1k donation approved. (Dan Sullivan moved to donate $1k to IRC, Micke Barnes 2nd the motion, Club voted unanimous yes) Chk will be given to Sandra Mitchell at next month’s Club Meeting April 11th).
· 2019 Club Membership Dues can be renewed tonight without $10 fee. Dues will be taken until April 11th. Membership will end if dues have not been received “by” April 11th.
· 2 Headed Dragon & Lost Trail Run March 16th. (Howard & Christian to lead. Meet at Dan’s Ferry 9am)
· All Clubs Run March 30th. IOR will provide BBQ/Hamburgers/Hotdogs/Buns. (Meet at Chevron in Mt Home on AirBase Rd at 8am)
· 6th Annual Chuck Coble Rocket Run will be April 27th 2019. Register at http://rocketrun.idaho4x4.com
· SIORA to host 2019 Ride & Rally in June 21st-23rd at Nat Soo Pah, Twin Falls.
· Wild West Off Road hosting Magruder Corridor Run Aug 2nd. Meet in Elk City on Aug 2nd.
VII. Education : Dan Sullivan spoke to the club about Public Representation/Who Are We?
Respect our surroundings, Protect as a Club/Family. Prevent Online Negative Publicity. Focus using the
Word Recreating instead of Play or Wheel’n. Be respectful of Privately owned Lands & Land Owners.

IX. Land Use – Christian Dahlstrom not in attendance.
X. State Association: Nathan White not in attendance.
• State Association voted to donate $1000.00 to IRC.
• 2020 State Rally will be hosted by HDOR, 2021 Snake River Off Road, 2022 Wild West Off Road, 2023 IOR, 2024 Hill Billy Rock Krawlers.
• Wild West will host the Tuff Truck Competition September 21st. $50 to compete, $10 for spectators.
• Twin Falls to host next Ride and Rally 2019 on June 21st-23rd @ Nat Soo Pah. Registration is already open online: http://www.id4x4rideandrally.eventbrite.com
• Executive Council for 2019 Idaho State Off Road: Director: Alicia Hoisington, 1st Asst Director: Dennis Christianson, 2nd Asst Director: Todd Young, Secretary: Nancy Horn, Treasurer: Chuck Stuart.

· Already reserving the same banquet room at Riverside Hotel for Christmas Party 2019 Dec 7th.
