Call to Order/Roll Call: At: 7:02pm
In Attendance: President: Justin Simms, Vice President/Trail Run Coordinator: Mark Hartnoll, Secretary/Event Planner/Sunshine: Ginny Simms, Event Planner: Lola Hartnoll, Web Guru: Micke Barnes, Education/Safety: Dan Sullivan, Treasurer: Christian Dahlstrom.
Guests: Marcy Sullivan & Diane Dahlstrom.

Raffle Fund: $4,789.86
Last months Raffle brought in $368.00. (Thank You, Jon, Heather & Ceirra Knapp!)

3. Education Presentation: Dan= When to use Lockers, Traction Control & Caution with Weather.
4. Land Use – Christian= nothing new.
5. State Association : Nathan= not in attendance.
6. Web Master: Micke= Gained access to the Idaho Pizza Co’s TV. Will have Visual Aid, Slide Shows & Audio up for Club meetings.
7. Sunshine: Ginny: Club sent a card to Marlene Shields, her sister passed away from a battle with cancer. Please send thoughts and prayers to Lynette White, her father is fighting Pancreatic Cancer. Lola will be having knee surgery next Thursday.
November Birthdays: Chase Coble, Cierra Knapp, Lynette White, JoAnna Allison, Ben Wicke & Kenyon Hess.
8.Active & New Business:
• RSVP for Members to the 2019 IOR Christmas Party Dec 7th. The Club will pay for Club member + 1 guest/spouse.
• Registration is open online for the HDOR Turkey Run, Nov 23rd. Cliff Hoisington will be attending our Club meeting next week to talk about it.
• Proposal to change the Bylaws for applicants from 6 month waiting period from application date, change to 6months from 1st Attendance to the Club.
• Peterson Dodge Jeep has spoken to Glenn & Patti about have our Club participate/host (with them) a Driver’s Course.
• Honorary Club Members. Adding them to our Website, Facebook & Events. Will vote at Club Meeting next week for Sherry Coble. Also Kathy Buzzini is already honorary member, will remind her how much we care.
9. Previous Events:
• Oct 5th Fall Highway CleanUp. Followed by Christian’s Oktoberfest Celebration! (34 volunteers for pickup)
• Oct 26th Idaho City/Halloween Miner’s Grave Run. Run hosted by Christian Dahlstrom. (Dress up your rig) (38 Vehicles attended)
• Nov 2nd Yanke Motor Museum Tour at 1090 Boeing Street Boise.

11. Upcoming Events: Event planning committee: Ginny Simms & Lola Hartnoll
• IOR 2019 Christmas Party Dec 7th (deposit has been made). Meal has been planned: Prime Rib Carving Station & Roasted Turkey.
• 2023 IOR Ride & Rally at North Shore Resort/Campground (Warm Lake, ID). Dan & Marcy Sullivan have began planning & talking with owners.
