Previous Events and Old Business:

1. Graham Guard Station/Jackson Peak (Arnolds) – September 11th
2. Hwy 21 Clean-up (Aaron & Jim) / Oktoberfest (Christian Dahlström) – September 17th

Active and New Business:

1. Marcy Service Donations – donated $240 for food and flowers
2. Christmas Party Planning
• Lynette White and Bridget will start shopping for the Christmas Party
• Toys for Tots to be tied in – Lola
• Monthly raffles contribute to Christmas Party.

                                  i.    Give some raffle tickets in for each member attending

3. Toys for Tots – Volunteers
• Lola would like to do this and for her to do the Jeepers’ prayer at the party.
• Lola will need a copy of the prayer. Can be found online.
• 10% of raffle fund goes to Toys for Tots
4. FB and Website Event/Post Coordination
• Issues with IOR members being blocked from some events/posts
• Have Glenn Piper (IOR Admin) make posts to ensure.
• Ensure we get our events better pushed.
5. 2023 State Association Ride & Rally/Warm Lake – Pre-planning
• Wait until November and have a conversation about planning.
6. 2022 Rocket Run Clean-up – Final Task

1. BLM Fee Payment – BLM takes 3% of gross revenue ($185 application fee is pulled from the 3%)

                                  i.    Rachael – Still fine-tuning financials. Hope to have a final next week.

2. Refund Request – Earl Bartley message on FB and website

                                  i.    Jim refunded Earl and he is now blocked from our website.

                                 ii.    Ban him from future events.

7. 2023 Rocket Run (May 6^th, 2023)
• Aaron Malin will take on lead role for now – he will follow-up with Patti to discuss.

• Set-up planning meeting some time before Halloween.
• Printable Raffle Tickets –. Possibly 20K? Get with Mark Gamas to discuss.
7. Tiddy Springs Trail Run and Maintenance – October 15th with BBQ
• Glenn Piper will get this posted
• Glenn Morgan will coordinate with Paul Nettleton
• Trail above tub/cabin that he would like to have cleaned up.
• Jim will get BBQ supplies for event – BBQ on trail.

                                  i.    Club supplies meat (hamburger/hotdogs), plates/silverware, and attendees bring a side dish and their own drinks.

• And will get with Glenn Morgan to discuss logistics
• Meet @ Dan’s Ferry @ 9 am.
• Cut-out to Meat Grinder may need work – Nathan will get back to us.
8. IOR Merchandise Store – Status Update
• Dan Bonney has worked with T-ZERS and we officially have a website for ordering

                                  i.    Idaho Off-Road Online  (https://t-zers-shirt-shop-inc.printavo.com/merch/ioro)

                                ii.    Right now, set to do batch printing with 5 dozen (60 items) orders. This can be adjusted if we find we cannot meet printing expectations.

                                iii.    Where do we want to link this? FB IOR Member and website, after member login?

• Lyndsey will bring merchandise to meeting so we can discuss what we want to do with it. – Lyndsey will inventory this weekend and get to Jim
9. IOR Mailing Labels – Glenn, will review selected mailing label and get ordered.
10. Group Monkey Survey – look at possibly sending one out to find out what club members want from the club.
• Having issues with volunteer participation, but many showing for runs
• Monthly raffle has been difficult to get volunteers
• Education topics
11. Fire at Base of Meat Grinder – may be some access issues. Nathan White will look into how this will affect people.

On-Going Discussions:

1. Prospective Member Cards – Glenn will edit the proposed card and get these printed. We will try to start using these ASAP for prospective members.
• Glenn hopes to work on after the Coble Trail Runs
• Glenn to create checklist for new members.

                                  i.    Add to FB member group,

                                 ii.    Add to IOR website

                                iii.    Get spouses/significant others

                                iv.    Get birthdays for those that want to celebrate

                                 v.    Shirt size – tear off to claim t-shirt

2. Membership & Meeting Committee – Tabled to December 2022, will see how the next few months are at our current venue.
• Glenn gathered list of committee volunteers – Marcy, Nathan White, Travis Moats, and Paula Tuttle
• Zoom continue thru end of year and see how things go.

Voting Discussion: – Tabled to December 2022 (from April council meeting) should we move to an electronic format such as a QR code or SMS text?

September 2022 raffle brought in $ 325.00

• We are looking for more volunteers for the months of October and December.
• Club to supply a $50-75 gift card for each raffle
• October raffle, Jim will purchase gift cards
• Jen will ask about pizza coupons from Idaho Pizza Company
