Idaho Off-Road 4×4 Club is an association of people brought together to share a single passion: Four Wheeling! We are a FAMILY oriented club dedicated to keeping our public lands open while practicing the policy of TREAD LIGHTLY!

                II. Sergeant at Arms – Maintains order in the room. There is a $1 charge for unnecessary disruptions.

             VI. Active and New Business

     Begin to think about who you want on the Council for 2020.

·         Search & Rescue will be speaking at the Jan 9th, 2020 Club Meeting.

·         Club Member Dues will be accepted beginning Jan 9th, 2020 until March 12th without late fee.

     Ray Turner broke his foot for the 3rd time.  Lynette White’s father passed away.  Lola Hartnoll received Nancy the Knee Narwhal.  Susie & Mark Smith will be celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary on the 14th.  Tara Eiguren broke her wrist last week.  Marcy Sullivan made some Jeep Snow Globes for a few of our Sponsors as a thank you (Buck’s4x4, Peterson, 4Wheel Parts).

December Birthdays:  Mick Morlan, Patti Evans, Martin Flynn, Felicity Arnold, Deb Knapp & Shawn Hargreaves.

·         will work on putting together a Survey for club members to take, letting us know how their experience with IOR was for the year 2019.  Is there something the club needs to be doing more of less of?  Overall experience?  Survey will be emailed to members.

               X. Land Use – Christian Dahlstrom

·         Silver City Road has been closed for winter.  Steamboat Gulch (Idaho City Sled Hill area) has been closed due to destruction/damage.

XV.   Upcoming Events – Ginny Simms/Lola Hartnoll

·         Next “Actual” Rocket Run Planning Committee Meeting will be held at Justin & Ginny Simms’ house, January 7th, 2020 at 7pm.  December there will be an update email sent out to Committee volunteers.

·         2020 IOR Christmas Party will be Dec 12th (tentative) at Riverside Hotel.  Spoke to events planning about getting a larger room and starting a little earlier in the day to avoid such a late party.

·         2023 IOR Ride & Rally at North Shore Resort & Campground, ID (Warm Lake).  Dan & Marcy Sullivan have begun planning & talking with owners.

*Raffle information:

1. The raffle is on a voluntary basis. If you volunteer to be responsible for the raffle one month it is your responsibility to purchase the raffle prizes, or ask businesses to donate to the raffle. You need to bring the raffle items to the meeting you volunteered for. You sell the raffle tickets at the meeting you are responsible for, or you can ask for help on selling the raffle tickets.

2. The reason behind the raffle is to build up the raffle fund to have a Christmas raffle that no one is responsible for.

3. Some of the raffle money also goes towards Toys for Tots each year.

4. We encourage every member to volunteer for a raffle. You can volunteer on your own, or make it a joint venture. Thank you in advance for considering volunteering for the raffle.
