March 2020- Council Meeting Minutes

Call to Order/Roll Call:                At:  7:00pm

                     Raffle Fund: $4,108.93

     Last months Raffle brought in $413.00.  (Thank You, Dan & Marcy Sullivan!)           

     Grand Total: $14,750.96

3.       Education Presentation:  Dan=  Speacial Guests from Farm Bureau:  Grant & Dillon

4.        Land Use –   Christian= nothing new, will research the Nez Perce-Clearwater land meeting held Tuesday March 3^rd at IDFG headquarters (2pm-4pm).

5.       State Association :  Nathan=  not in attendance

6.       Web Master:  Micke= will be discontinuing the 2020 Club Survey.  Has been maintaining our Rocket Run Registration that opened online March 1^st. 

7.       Sunshine: Ginny:  Tom & Toni Cota were married Henry the Hip Hippo was sent to Brock White for a surgery he underwent.  Lynette White had a surgery the same day and received a super fuzzy blanket.  Glenn Morgan is still trying to figure what is wrong with his hands, Carpel Tunnel was a misdiagnose.  Kevin the Kidney Koala was sent to Micke Barnes.  Brandi Allison received some sunshine for her recovery from an extensive foot surgery.

8.       Active & New Business:

·   Revised Bylaws now available on Club website.

•  Idaho Off Road State Association Meeting this Saturday the 7th at 1pm.  Twin Falls, Idaho Pizza Co. (1859 Kimberly Rd, Twin Falls 83301)  There is an 8am meetup at the NE corner before heading south over the Perrine Bridge.

•  Club Membership Dues being accepted now until March 12th, after there will be a $10 late fee applied.  Club Member Dues are $30, New Member’s Dues $40 ($10 goes to the State Association).

•  Nominations for Club Council are coming to an end, all positions are up for election.  Curt Blount has shown interest in the Vice President position.  No one else wants these purely awesome positions. 

•  3 Club Run in Bruneau, hosted by Justin Simms & IOR, March 21st.  IOR will be providing meat for the BBQ.  We will meet at 8am Texaco on AirBase Rd in Mt Home (across from Les Schwab).

•  2 Headed Dragon & Lost Trail CleanUp, March 28th, hosted by Nathan White.

•  Troubles with Tumbleweeds!  Trails are getting overrun by them and BLM suggests just driving over them before it gets to hot & dry.
