Call to Order/Roll Call: At: 7:02pm
In Attendance: President: Justin Simms, Vice President/Trail Run Coordinator: Mark Hartnoll, Secretary/Event Planner/Sunshine: Ginny Simms, Event Planner: Lola Hartnoll, Web Guru: Micke Barnes, Education/Safety: Dan Sullivan, Treasurer: Christian Dahlstrom.
Guests: Marcy Sullivan & Diane Dahlstrom.

3. Education Presentation: Dan= Improvising for Trail Repairs.

6. Web Master: Micke= Site & Performance is good.
7. Sunshine: Ginny: Michael Hasslbauer’s mother passed away. Sherry Coble has a Birthday coming up!
8. Active & New Business:
· Oct 5th Fall Highway CleanUp. Meet at Albertson’s (federal way/Hwy 21) at 10am. Followed by Christian’s Oktoberfest Celebration!
· Oct 8th Rocket Run Planning Committee meeting at Dan & Marcy’s home. At 7pm.
· Oct 26th Idaho City/Halloween Miner’s Grave Run. Run hosted by Christian Dahlstrom. (Dress up your rig)
· Nov 2nd Yanke Motor Museum Tour at 1090 Boeing Street Boise. 10am-2pm. (donations welcome)
· RSVP for Members to the 2019 IOR Christmas Party Dec 7th. The Club will pay for Club member + 1 guest/spouse.
· Registration is open online for the HDOR Turkey Run, Nov 23rd. Cliff Hoisington will be attending our Club meeting next week to talk about it.
· Proposal to change the Bylaws for applicants from 6 month waiting period from application date, change to 6months from 1st Attendance to the Club.
· Begin to think about who you want on the Council for 2020.

· Oct 5th 2019 Hwy CleanUp equipment has been reserved/requested .
· IOR 2019 Christmas Party Dec 7th (deposit has been made).
· 2023 IOR Ride & Rally at North Shore Resort/Campground (Warm Lake, ID). Dan & Marcy Sullivan have began planning & talking with owners.
